Research Interests
Professor Singh is dedicated to advancing terahertz (THz) science and technology through the development of cutting-edge photonic, electronic, spintronic, and orbitronic devices. By leveraging new quantum, topological, and semiconductor materials, his work aims to revolutionize on-chip technologies for future 6G to XG wireless communications, quantum sensors, and solid-state displays. His research also delves into the ultrafast terahertz dynamics of Dirac and Weyl materials, striving to deepen our understanding of their physics and enable the creation of high-performance micro-nano-quantum devices.
